We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order when necessary, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information or involve pricing or availability errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Moody Thoughts products are printed after an order is placed. Because each item is made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised time, we will provide any notice or options required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in our policies limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
